Student Exchange Program – February 2027 Intake | Faculty of Animal Science UGM

The Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia
is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the
Student Exchange Program – February 2027 Intake.

The program provides international students with an opportunity to study at one of
Indonesia’s leading universities while gaining academic, research, practical, and
cultural experiences in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Program Options

Program Benefits & Scholarship Opportunities

• Waived tuition fees for one semester
  for eligible students from UGM partner universities.
• Students may apply for a
  living allowance scholarship from UGM,
  subject to funding availability and selection.
• Opportunity to study across disciplines and interact with
  students and academics from different faculties at UGM.
• Academic and cultural exposure in Yogyakarta,
  one of Indonesia’s major university cities.

Additional Costs Not Covered

• International airfare and visa expenses
• Accommodation
• Personal expenses during the stay in Indonesia

Eligibility Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Animal Science, Agriculture, or related program
  at undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral level, with at least two semesters completed.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent academic achievement.
• English proficiency demonstrated through an official TOEFL/IELTS certificate
  or a statement from the home university.
• Recommendation/nomination letter from the home university and a motivation letter.
• For Master’s and Doctoral applicants:
  a proposed research topic and research plan.

Application Procedure

Applications must be submitted online through the
UGM Admission System.

2. Select “Non-Degree Program”.
3. Choose “Animal Science”.
4. Select the appropriate Student Exchange Program according to
   your academic level and preferred duration.
5. Complete the online application and upload all required documents.

• Bachelor:
  Student Exchange Program in Bachelor of Animal Science and Industry,
  Faculty of Animal Science – Intake February 2027 (1 semester)
• Bachelor:
  Student Exchange Program in Bachelor of Animal Science and Industry,
  Faculty of Animal Science – Intake February 2027 (2 semesters/1 year)
• Master’s:
  Student Exchange Program in Master of Animal Science,
  Faculty of Animal Science – Intake February 2027 (1 semester)
• Doctoral:
  Student Exchange Program in Doctor of Animal Science,
  Faculty of Animal Science – Intake February 2027 (1 semester)
