2022 Asian Association of Agricultural Colleges and Universities Summer Enrichment Course Program at Kasetsart University, Thailand
Objectives of the Program
The objectives of this program are to foster a deeper understanding of cutting-edge agricultural technology and management practices, facilitate sharing of agricultural knowledge and practices among AAACU member countries, and introduce Thai culture and technologies to Asian undergraduate agricultural students.
Kasetsart University Thailand has made close cooperation relationship with the AAACU. Especially the objectives of the AAACU will be achieved through a study tour program at KU to exchange knowledge and technology in higher classes among the AAACU membership countries.
KU proposes the 2022 AAACU Summer Enrichment Course Program 2022 that will be held on August 22 to September 2, 2022 at Kasetsart University-Kamphaeng-Saen Campus, Thailand. We believe this program will give a higher number of our students the chance to study together and provide a scene of international academic exchange in the post-COVID-19 world. UGM will only nominate one student to participate in this program.
The activities in the program are expected to:
1. Encourage interaction and knowledge sharing in the highest technologies of agriculture.
2. Enhance awareness on convergence and integration embracing several academic fields in agriculture.
3. Strengthen network among Asian agricultural universities and colleges.
4. Introduce Kasetsart University as a leader who is leading the world class research and show the development.
Target participants
The target participants of the program are undergraduate agricultural students from member countries / institutions of AAACU. Students will be chosen to represent member countries, based on academic performance, particularly in the field of agricultural sciences.

Eligibility
- Undergraduate students of the Faculty of Animal Science UGM
- Enrolled as student during the application and the program
- not currently take a study leave
- semester 5 or above during the application or during the program
- fluent in English both spoken and written
Duration of the program
The program will be held from 22 August to 2 September 2022.

- Selection on July 26, 2022.
- Faculty of Animal Science will select and recommend ONE (1) student for selection at AAACU
- The student nominated should complete the application form provided by the AAACU Summer Enrichment Course Program at Kasetsart University committee.
