ABOUT THE PROGRAM

During the Program, students are provided with a good balance of theory and practice. Lectures about current developments, practices, and technologies in the field of agriculture are conducted not only about the host country but of other countries as well which fosters knowledge sharing among the students. Students also get to visit farms, research facilities, experiment stations, and agricultural industries. In other words, the Summer Enrichment Program remains to provide students the opportunity to immerse themselves in an overseas and multi-cultural study environment with the aim at broadening their outlook towards the field of agriculture.

Objectives of the Program
The objectives of this program are to foster a deeper understanding of cutting-edge agricultural technology and management practices, facilitate sharing of agricultural knowledge and practices among AAACU member countries, and introduce Thai culture and technologies to Asian undergraduate agricultural students.

Kasetsart University Thailand has made close cooperation relationship with the AAACU. Especially the objectives of the AAACU will be achieved through a study tour program at KU to exchange knowledge and technology in higher classes among the AAACU membership countries.
