ABOUT THE PROGRAM
During the Program, students are provided with a good balance of theory and practice. Lectures about current developments, practices, and technologies in the field of agriculture are conducted not only about the host country but of other countries as well which fosters knowledge sharing among the students. Students also get to visit farms, research facilities, experiment stations, and agricultural industries. In other words, the Summer Enrichment Program remains to provide students the opportunity to immerse themselves in an overseas and multi-cultural study environment with the aim at broadening their outlook towards the field of agriculture.
TARGET PARTICIPANTS
The target participants of the program are undergraduate students of agriculture from
member universities/institutions of AAACU. A total of more or less 30 students will be chosen to
represent member countries, based on academic performance, especially in the field of
agriculture.
ELIGIBILITY
- Undergraduate students of the Faculty of Animal Science UGM
- Enrolled as student during the application and the program
- not currently take a study leave
- semester 5 or above during the application or during the program
- fluent in English both spoken and written
- Financially able to bear the round trip international airfare tickets from Indonesia to Malaysia
BENEFIT
program and accommodation fee waived by AAACU
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
- Fill in the application form by the latest on May 8, 2023. The link can be assessed here: http://ugm.id/aaacu23
- Join the Interview Test on May 9, 2023.
- Faculty of Animal Science will select and recommend TWO (2) student for selection at AAACU
- The student nominated should complete the application form provided by the AAACU Summer Enrichment Program at Universiti Putra Malaysia committee.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- SEP Application Form. Download at here
- Your photo taken within the past 6 months, white background, and colored
- English Proficiency Certificate (AcEPT, TOEFL, IELTS if any)
- Letter of enrollment
- Transcript of records (or True Copy of Grades) certified by the College Secretary or Registrar.
- Letter of Recommendation from academic supervisor
- Passport (If Any, validity within 8 months since the beginning of the program)
