📌 Program Overview

Join us in an exciting international summer course hosted by the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This program explores smart farming technologies in livestock and agriculture, aiming to promote sustainable food production and tackle the global food crisis.


🌟 Key Features

  • Hybrid Program Options: Choose Online Only or Hybrid (Online + Onsite Field Trip) participation.

  • Flexible Participation: Scholarship options available for partner university students.

  • Online Pre-Course: Starting June 30, 2025

  • Online Course: Starting July 14 – 20, 2025
  • Onsite Field Trips in Yogyakarta: July 21–27, 2025

  • Field-based learning, expert-led lectures, and cross-cultural experiences

âś… Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral students

  • Interest in agriculture and animal sciences

  • Academic background or experience in related fields is preferred, but not required

Application Options:

  • [Hybrid-With Scholarship] – For students from partner universities (limited spots available)

  • [Regular] – For non-partner university students (registration and visa fees apply)

  • [Regular] – For Indonesian university students (registration fees apply)

Required Documents:

  • Completed Application Form

  • Resume/CV

  • Statement of Purpose (max. 500 words)

  • Student ID (for online participants) or Passport (for onsite)

  • Recommendation Letter from Supervisor/Dean/Department Head

đź’° Program Fee

Partner University & ASEAN Students:

  1. Partial Scholarships A (20 slots available)
  • covering visa support, program fees and shared accommodation
  • Participants bear transportation and living expenses

2. Partial Scholarships B (20 slots available)

  • covering program fees and shared accommodation
  • Participants bear transportation, visa (IDR 2,000,000), and living expenses

Non-ASEAN Students:

  • Fee: USD 600 (includes accommodation, tuition, materials, field trips, etc.)

  • Transportation, visa, and living expenses are not included

  • Limited scholarships available for eligible candidates

Indonesian Students:

  • Fee: IDR 2.000.000 (includes tuition, materials, field trips, etc.)
  • Transportation from home universities and living expenses are not included
