 – FAS UGM will send nomination list from University coordinator

 – Student can send the application form directly.

Requirements

CNU Inbound Application (download here)

–          Certificate of Enrollment

(In English-> You can get it in the academic office of Undergraduate Program or Graduate Program)

–          Official Transcript

(In English-> You can get it in the academic office of Undergraduate Program or Graduate Program)

–          Recommendation Letter

(In English-> Should be from the academic advisor or Dean/Vice Dean of Academic and Student Affairs)

–          Passport Copy in Color (must be valid until March, 2018)

–          One Portrait Photo (3.5 x 4.5cm, front facial view on white background taken within the past six months)

–          Certificate of Language Proficiency (optional)
