Passport Service

Atas kerja sama antara Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kemenkumham) Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dan Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Unit Kerja Kantor (UKK) Imigrasi di lingkungan kampus Universitas Gadjah Mada telah berhasil diresmikan. Hadirnya UKK Imigrasi di UGM ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan keimigrasan kepada masyarakat, khususnya pelayanan bagi mahasiswa asing, dosen dan peneliti asing yang berada di Universitas Gadjah Mada dalam pengurusan Izin Tinggal.
UKK Imigrasi UGM juga dapat melayani pembuatan paspor baik paspor baru ataupun penggantian paspor bagi  dosen dan tenaga kependidikan beserta keluarga (yang termasuk dalam satu Kartu Keluarga) serta mahasiswa Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Based on the collaboration between the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Special Region of Yogyakarta and Gadjah Mada University (UGM), the Immigration Office Work Unit (UKK) at the Gadjah Mada University campus has been successfully inaugurated. The presence of UKK Immigration at UGM is intended to improve immigration services to the community, especially services for foreign students, lecturers and foreign researchers who are at Gadjah Mada University in managing Stay Permits.

UGM Immigration UKK can also provide passports, either new passports or passport replacements for lecturers and education staff and their families (which are included in one Family Card) and Gadjah Mada University students.
